Walnut end grain cutting board made in USA. This cutting board is hand made in our small shop in Virginia. Our walnut end grain cutting board is made from superior grade hand selected walnut hardwood grown in Appalachia regions of New York and Pennsylvania.

AVAILABLE SIZES: Select either 10 X 16 inches, 12 X 18 inches or 14 X 20 inches

This cutting board is 2" thick and comes in several sizes. The butcher block is glued together with waterproof FDA certified as food safe glue.

- DOUBLE SIDED: You can use either side of this walnut end grain cutting board. Use one for meats and the other for vegetables. If you option the juice groove it will only be on one side.

- READY TO USE: Your walnut end grain cutting board will come pre-seasoned with food grade mineral oil, wrapped in brown butcher paper and bubble wrap and will be ready to use.

- DURABLE: Our cutting boards are designed and manufactured to give you many years of dependable service. The end grain allows the blade of the knife to slip between the fibers in the wood instead of cutting them.

- EASY ON YOU KNIVES: End grain cutting boards will not dull your knives, The knife blade slides between the fibers of the wood so the knife is not cutting the wood only the food.

- CARING FOR YOUR BOARD: End grain boards are easy to care for. Just wash them with a water and a little dish soap, rinse, towel dry then leave on the counter to air dry. Do not immerse in water for extended periods or place in a dishwasher. If desired, sanitize using 1 part white vinegar to 4 parts water or a lemon and salt. Rinse and dry. Periodically apply food grade mineral oil or a mineral based product made for butcher block cutting boards. These products are available in most big box stores and hardware stores.

NOTE: We strive for a brick pattern but frequently we need to modify it to minimize waste and keep prices low.
